I woke up at 10am and was still tired but I got out of bed and made a Smart Ones breakfast quesadilla. Not the healthiest choice but I’m trying to eat all of the processed foods that are left in the house, so I can go grocery shopping and try to avoid them as much as possible. Then I got on the on the computer to read some of the weight watchers message board. Now I am here still tired but don’t want to take a nap because I wont sleep tonight. I read way to long last night before finally going to sleep. I have learned my lesson. I was planning on going for a bike ride today but I am just a little lazy today so I think I will do a workout dvd or ride the exercise bike a little later. We will see 😀
Now I am off to make some lunch. I am thinking I am going to have a veggie burger 🙂 Yummy!
