Ugh! Monday..

The weekend went by way to fast this week. Before I knew it it was over šŸ˜¦ But there is always another weekend coming up so I guess it will be okay.. Since I went to bed last night I thought it would be a good idea to sleep in and they to get at least 7 hours of sleep. If I didn’t do that I think I would have been a little cranky… haha. Finally when I woke up I had breakfast…

a filling bowl of multi-grain cheerios with banana, raspberries, blueberries, and Silk brand almond milk poured over it. Yes, there are cheerios underneath all that fruit.. haha. When I looked at the bowl it only looked like fruit with almond milk. So yummy and filling. I have noticed that I get hungry really quick after eating breakfast most of the time. So I thought I would try and bulk it up a little bit and see what it would do. It definitely helped hold me over until lunch time and I didn’t have to have a snack in between. For lunch I made…

a some turkey cutlets with salsa, and some jasmine rice. I did have a corn muffin but forgot about it until after I took the picture so you wont see it on my plate. I thought the salsa on the turkey was pretty good. I was going to put barbecue sauce on it but then I wanted to try something different and this is what I came up with. I was happy I came up with something new. Well, that is all for now. I am watching another movie (“1408”) and then I will probably go to bed. Nothing too exciting…

is happening today. I woke up at around 10am, the allergy medicine really knocked me out but it works pretty good and I feel a lot better today. When I finally got out of bed I had…

I am going to do a lot of cleaning and trying to figure out what I want to make for lunch. I couldn’t really tell you if any of the food tastes good or not but I am sure it does. My nose is all stuffed up that I can’t tasted anything at all.

Throughout the day my nose seemed to clear a little and I could taste a little more when I had lunch around 2pm…

After eating lunch I did some major cleaning. I am finally getting somewhere and I am almost done cleaning. I thought it was going to take me like a week… For dinner I made…

some turkey with gravy, roasted garlic wild rice, and corn bread muffins. Can we say yummy! I am in love with corn bread. I didn’t realize how may calories was in corn bread until I started Weight Watchers. I would have had at least 2 or 3 of the muffins during dinner and that would have been 4.5 to like 6 points for them only. I just think that is crazy. I also find that 1 satisfied me just as much as the 2 or 3 would.

Well, I am off to bed. I have tons of things to do tomorrow so it might take me a little bit to get the next post up but it will be up a.s.a.p šŸ™‚ Have a wonderful night!!

Egg beaters with onion, turkey bacon, cheese, all on an everything bagel thin. On the side I had some raspberries which were really yummy! I did add a little ketchup after I took this picture because I didn’t think about it before taking it.

After breakfast I did the rest of my laundry that has been waiting for me since last week. I am not a big fan of laundry and try to do it as little as possible, only about once a month. I am also working on some things to sell on EBay. I have been selling stuff on there for a couple years now, but lately I have been MIA on there. School just takes up a lot of time but now that it is summer I am ready to get back on there:DĀ  For lunch I made…
